Many new golfers, and golfers who struggle to break 100 try to control the club in the golf swing too much with their hands and arms.

With that in mind, I find it beneficial to teach students a few one handed drills that require them to rely on the appropriate body movements in order to make consistent, solid contact.

These drills will help speed up your development as a golfer in a couple ways.

First, you’ll learn more quickly the importance of developing the appropriate Kinematic Sequence, which will help with your ball striking.

And second, these drills will improve your touch and feel for the short shots around the green.

Give them a try!
