Now, I wanted to provide you with a few different core exercises that will help you with your golf swing.

Our core muscles play a significant role in the golf swing as they connect the legs to the upper body. A strong core helps you maintain better posture throughout the golf swing, and can help you generate more power.

One of my favorite instructors, Ben Witter, who passed away a few years ago, was a huge proponent of training the core muscles.

He competed in long drive competitions around the world, was coach to two time world long drive champion Carl Wolter, and an incredible trick shot artist. Ben could literally drive a golf ball 300 yards from his knees.
