I finally got around to putting together video regarding my stretching routine.  I did this for my new self defense website, so you will note the intros to the videos refer to that.

If you want to improve your flexibility, you should do this routine 2 or 3 times per week.  Before you start any session on the driving range or before a round of golf, you’ll want to do some light stretching with a few of the exercises I demonstrate.

The first video covers the lower body, the second the upper body, and the last demonstrates some stretches you can do while on your feet.
